Over twenty years working internationally across fashion and retail have given me a deep understanding of the business — how its different parts connect, where value is created and what ultimately drives performance.

My career began at Inditex, where I worked across different areas of the business and contributed to the development of a new brand.

I then spent thirteen years at C&A’s international headquarters in Germany, building my expertise across product, buying and commercial strategy while working with international markets, teams and suppliers.

Those years shaped the way I understand the industry. I believe the best decisions come from connecting business, product and customer. Understanding what customers want, how their expectations evolve and what they value is as important as creating a proposition that meets those needs profitably and sustainably.

After more than a decade in Germany, I returned to Galicia to bring that experience into a new stage of my career.

Today, I work alongside businesses and leadership teams that need an experienced, independent perspective to bring clarity to complexity, sharpen priorities and make better decisions.
